WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Been a customer 3yrs no issues with tv packages and now I m trying the broadband I m not bias but I can t see a issue arising with the internet All apps and everything on my stick works I hope this remains the case My only fault is the customer service is awful not person wise but getting there or thru the agent manned number is like a service secret impossible to find The women I spoke to today was fantastic

Does exactly what I expect no fuss
Does exactly what I expect no fuss whatsoever Been with Now broadband for about 3 years in total I ve worked in sales for Sky and Virgin Media so I have very good knowledge on broadband products In the three years I ve had NOW I ve not had a blip with them and sometimes you have to give credit where credit is due I pay for between 60-70mbps and get even during peak times 67mbps I work from home stream Netflix have 2 ipads 2 phones smart TV Hive and Google nest I get WiFi in all rooms of the house and pay 20 pm I cant recall a time where I ve even had to call them up Remember rarely people come to trustpilot to give a good reveiw and it s used as a platform to complain but I feel for the quality of service I ve received they deserve a glowing review Thanks guys and keep up the good work

Love now tv but the price increase over the years I would think you would let us have it ad free Just cancelled boost so now won t watch nowtv much May cancel my nowtv subscription in the near future too as I don t really watch it much

Great wifi better customer service
Signed up for NOWTV wifi in December 2021 when I moved into my new property The engineer came 2 days before Christmas to install our router and he was lovely courteous and kind He installed the router without any issues NOWTV wifi has worked perfectly and we get good coverage In two years of being with NOWTV wifi it has only gone down once or twice and both times the support team on the phone lines have been immensely helpful kind and patient NOWTV have always refunded us for the days our wifi wasn t working which was only about 3 days in total over two years We are now moving abroad therefore won t be taking NOWTV wifi with us however cancelling my NOWTV has been the easiest process - I expected to have to jump through hoops pay hidden fees and generally have a pretty naff experience which is usually the way when leaving any company but Michaela from the NOWTV call centre team was so helpful and made the experience probably the easiest one out of all the bills I ve had to cancel Will definitely use NOWTV again if I return to the UK Thanks to the whole NOWTV team

100 billiant service top to bottom
- the price was brilliant for the internet service provided- every time I called Now TV the customer service was second to none - ACTUAL GUARANTEED SPEED RARE - when service was below the agreed speed - the first thing the Now TV customer service operator said was you re entitled to leave for free or we can fix it which was refreshing to hear as other providers fight and try to cling on to your contract - When Now TV sent an engineer to fix the issue - they actually fixed it Our previous provider EE came out several times to fix the ongoing issue and it was never rectified - but I was not allowed to leave the contract Additionally EE upped the price frequently So I was in a contract where EE could increase the price and not guarantee the service Not much of a deal for a consumer - When I asked to leave the contract there were no arguments from the customer service operator They just got on with it

Exceptional Prices for Brilliant broadband
Was needing a new provider as prices are going up Now Broadband was perfect I ve no idea why the bad reviews You can phone them directly and keep an eye on payments coming up The routers are the same as Sky who own Now And work perfectly The Broadband speed checker can t lie
