Awful Customer Service
A jumper which I purchased about 5 weeks ago has bobbled beyond repair and has lost texture Upon bringing the jumper into 2 different stores to request assistance neither were the bobbles removed nor was any additional support or recompense given just as a replacement Given that the jumper was purchased at considerable expense just over a month ago and N Peal having a reputation for the world s finest cashmere I would not expect my item to deteriorate this soon and this badly The customer service has been poor at best and I no longer have the confidence to purchase any more items from N Peal which is unfortunate I would like to speak to somebody in the customer services team to rectify the situation in either the form of a replacement or a refund I have also been told that all cashmere bobbles which was not communicated at the time of purchase Again this has left me feeling dissatisfied

Huge hole in my new cardigan
Previously I would have agreed that the quality was excellent but I ve recently had a poor experience A cardigan arrived with a large hole but I didn t see it because I didn t wear the garment due to lockdown I finally got it out and wore it for the first time as it s turned cold and found the hole So now they re saying they will repair it for me This is nice but I own a needle and cotton and can easily repair it myself It cost a fortune and I d saved up for it I understand that it is months old but it is unworn and should not be in this state They should offer a swap or a credit note if they won t refund However most companies are being understanding about refunds during covid and these exceptional circumstances and N Peal are not So be warned as they are not accommodating even when the fault is theirs Check your products for holes Won t buy from them again as the prices are extortionate and I don t want a repair job They didn t even apologise

I purchased a Henley Shirt for 149 00 wore it twice a large hole appeared where the seam gave way Very poorly made Offered the usual exchange or refund but not before the item was back in their hands I advised that they have my money and should issue a new one at which stage i would return the original As is often the case this was rejected the manager i spoke to thought it was all rather amusing I will not purchase anything further from N Peal this was my first and last purchase Shame really Ive been considering a purchase for a while with the Bond connection It appears they are another company who do not offer quality for the prices they charge Further to your reply It s only being resolved because I ve returned for a refund and you ve lost a potential client due to terrible customer service and a poorly made product please do not try and make out I am happy with the resolution because I am not

007 should be saving the world or at very least be relaxing at a stylish establishment in Knightsbridge but no James Bond can t make it he s at home with sellotape and scissors in hand packing his white cashmere polo to send back to N Peal because it arrived with a black mark stain on the front of it This is sadly my experience an experience that wouldn t usually bother me and certainly wouldn t prompt me to go to the extreme of writing a review honestly I wouldn t of wrote a review if it would of been a more expensive product from say flannels or the like but when a business that markets and portrays its self how N Peal does using such pompous language etc you would like to think that basic quality control was a given at very least The black mark on the front of the white cashmere polo was a million miles away from the promised ensured expected N Peal business model the symbolism of a black mark on a delicate white cashmere piece of luxury clothing from a company like N Peal is frightening it ain t 1936 any more and I believe that N Peal is just another schmuck a very well spoken one DISGUSTING
