Given the price of the championship edition bike I became nervous after seeing many negative reviews so was pretty worried about any potential issues I might encounter I am happy to report I ve had a very positive experience in all of my interactions with customer service Over a 4 month span I faced two issues with the physical bicycle and reached out several times between simply asking additional questions The reps who emailed me back were very responsive The remedies provided from replacement to explanations and additional information regarding questions was great These exchanges occurred thru 3 different reps I was just easy I love the bike and I ve been really happy overall I can certainly understand potential delays with response time post-pandemic given staff shortages around the globe I hope those with a negative experience are able to reach more positive resolution to issues as they enjoy their bike

The n Mercedes Bike is fabulously designed I love it but what i love most is the service i got I was visited by their technical staff to my home and the tune up overview of how the bike works just made me more appreciative of my purchase I can t wait for spring to arrive so i can make use of my bike on the roads

N Mecedes AMG F1 V13

I ve just got my N Mecedes AMG F1 V13 limited edition which is one of a kind design on frame handle bar paint job It took a little while to received it but it s worth the wait no regrets The customer support is very knowlegeable to make sure the bike fits you well After a couple of rides now I found it very aggressive smooth to ride built to last I m very happy with this bike would highly recommend it

The customer service I received from Danny was outstanding When I ordered the bike he let me know a realistic delivery time and kept me updated often After receiving it and enjoying it for a while I had a problem with the electronic switch Danny didn t hesitate and told me a new bike was on the way Would highly recommend

My Mercedes Benz bike had an issue and they repaired it very quickly I have been to their headquarters in Perth they are nice and honest people just maybe a bit overwhelmed with the many orders they are receiving lately Definitely NOT a scam company Just be patient and your bike will arrive or they will refund you if it doesn t
