I want to place a big WARNiNG sign on dealing with this company It is a scam Do expect low quality and failures on the bike right from delivery You can email support as often as you want they will circle you around till you give up The supplied charger was useless in the EU region and I have not received a working one from them after 1 month The supplied mudguards were not fitting onto the bike model and I wasted my money on that And finally -the back wheel turned out to be broken - before even starting to ride the bike Even a broken bike did not mean any sign of support action so far It is a mystery to me how the Mercedes brand can be associated with this scandal company

STILL NO RESPONSE I am posting this on every site I can and every social media site and will include photos until someone gets back to me and am my credit card company is preparing a chargeback Like others I have had the most terrible experience I am preparing to go direct to Mercedes with the intention of going down the legal route I have spoken to a respected proven law firm Mercedes name is being sullied by this terrible company and therefore by putting their name to the product are also liable I advise someone at N to contact me ASAP before I do this I ordered a Formula E Team bike I wish I hadn t Before I ordered the bike I sent numerous emails requesting instructions on how to buy a bike on the Green Commute Scheme here in the UK where you can save up to 43 A link to this on the website I made several attempts to speak to someone on the phone who basically told me there was no one to speak to as they were in Australia but customer services were in California Both at the very opposite ends of time zones for me in the UK Nevertheless I was promised it would be escalated and someone would come back to me No one ever did not once even to this day Mindful there was a sale with 25 off at the moment and not sure when this would end coupled with the fact that I had no response for over a week I made decision to buy the bike with just the 25 discount I am absolutely gutted I did Once ordered I contacted concierge numerous times to get an ETA as it said on the site available for immediate despatch I was finally contacted to say it had been allocated but still no ETA So I contacted them again to ask for an actual ETA so I could make sure someone would be around as I travel a lot Finally the day after I got an email from the courier I finally got a message from Concierge to tell me I would get an email from the courier Go figure The bike finally arrived last week and I am totally shocked and underwhelmed with the following issues a The front wheel has a big buckleb The hydraulic brakes need bleeding and adjusting as they rub and screech and barely work This would be chargeable as I am not a technical person c There are two chips in the black paint They are small but obvious and noticeable and they shouldn t be In fact on inspection the paint is very fragile and thin and almost just sits on top and can almost be picked off - Be warned d The so called immobiliser is not working There are no instructions on how it should work so I can t comment further but essentially I can ride it fine using the gradient control without turning it on therefore bypassing the passcode As mentioned there are no instructions anywhere on how this should work e The charger came as an EU charger and doesn t seem to work properly It never goes green as it states it will do when fully charged f The Display is scratched I am so shocked at how bad this bike is for the cost for any cost I am concerned about the lack of support for what is essentially sold as a premium MERCEDES product In terms of Mercedes branding its just got a poorly printed Mercedes sticker on it the paint is fragile the hardware is unbranded and basic The seat is from a dollar pound shop at best the seat post s lowest level is very high due to the battery and wires underneath This makes the riding postion almost fixed Its not uncomfortable but there is no chance of being more upright The Enviolo system is wonderful But thats it the build is poor as are all of the components On the face of it it is a great and beautiful idea in reality it is a lie N contact me to arrange a refund ASAP

USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE LIARS4 Weeks on N still can t even answer basic questions when i ask to raise a formal complaint then they are super quick to collect for return Just looking at Trustpilot it is clear they are useless and they quickly delete negative Facebook and Instragram posts so no one knows how bad they are FEEDBACK1 The Silver Arrow Sport - instructions are poor and the video is not entirelyaccurate CONCERNS1 Bike came with an EU 2 PIN power block2 Is this a UK spec and UK-legal bike3 Time is taken to get support responses4 Two charge ports seat post and top frame what is the top frame one for 5 Seat post power light is permanently lit green is that normal 6 The pictures and video show carbon rear hangers but the actual bike doesnot 7 My nearest service centre is Birmingham over 250 miles away A few more concerns to add to the list 30 01 23 8 The reflectors provided do not even fit the bike they are a legal req 9 Bike is EU setup the brake levers on opposite sides are very confusing 10 Green power button appears to have two settings always green thenrecessed green when pressed11 The setup required a bike technician 1 5hrs to tweak the brakes travel wasexcessive the front wheel brake cylinder was touching had to use anotherAllen key to loosen and reposition 12 No instructions on how to remove the battery to charge instead whilst on thebike Latest issues to add to the list 01 02 23 13 So after a FULL charge the bike achieved barely 12 miles range nowherenear the 75 miles quoted for no doubt ideal scenarios picture attached 14 Error Code 26 has appeared manual says it is low voltage I still had two then1 power bar left does this mean a of the battery is unusable15 My second full charge has taken a total of 7 hrs not the 3 5 hrs stated 16 The carbon fibre sections are missing see the website snips below 17 Supposed UK service centre Birmingham has no clue they service bikes

The bike is great for what I use the
The bike is great for what I use the customer service is non existent I waited nearly a year for guards fully paid for when they arrived they looked nothing like the brochure I now need a second battery it has taken a month to receive a response that there are no batteries in Australia and if I need it would have to pay freight from the US which is very expensive as batteries are dangerous goods Stay clear of this product if it breaks down you have nowhere to go I can t understand why Mercedes have put their brand on this

Funnily enough I was thinking about N bikes as I rode to work this morning on the bike I bought after my horrible experience with N bikes and then they sent me an email today with an offer for 1 000 off one of their ridiculously expensive bikes I noticed the com au email no longer works as clearly they ve burnt their reputation in this market Here is my story which when they emailed me after my purchase inviting me to put a review on their website wouldn t publish anyway End Feb 2022 bike and mudguards ordered no warning on lead time End Mar 2022 followed up order and advised one month before landingEnd Apr 2022 enquired as to delivery time frame and advised tracking detailsMay 2022 - receive strange emails from TNT about missed delivery tracking website suggests issues call TNT and have horrible experience with customer service who won t tell me where package is because they A don t know and B I m not the account holder one world couriers - ask N about one world couriers who say we don t use one world couriers only TNT semi-lie Mid May 2022 bike arrives- assembly video I was sent by N is for 2021 model and 2022 model is completely different- manage to assemble unsure if correct - reflectors don t fit bike- no mudguards- small marks on paintwork- stupid sticker in seatpost- charging point in ridiculous position under seat better charging point hidden in frame but only the former is mentioned in the guide - plug is EU instead of AU- front brakes crunch and grind- handlebars spin mid-rideJun 2022 discuss with Lewis- arrange mobile mechanic- one world couriers is agent used to book TNT fine to refer to TNT first and foremost but no point hiding the fact if someone asks - explained mudguards not yet designed didn t like the old design as didn t fit aesthetic - sent AU plug and new reflectors still in weird place - definitely an afterthought that don t fit aesthetic - brakes and handlebars serviced by mechanicJul 2022 riding experience- brakes great except still audible light rubbing when riding and no brake being applied- battery supposed to last 70km full charge drops 1 5 bars over 20km then all the way to flat over next 15km average ride mostly flat a couple of uphills a couple of downhills - gradient selector cables pop out mid-ride and lock up gradient selector difficult to push back in especially mid-way up a hill even once pushed in gradient selector doesn t return to normal- power very slow to kick in when starting an uphill will be going 25kmh on the flat turn gradient selector up to steep hill start riding up hill loss of speed and momentum down to 15-16kmh then battery finally kicks in and takes you up to 21kmh - bike clicking like it is trying to change gears like a derailleur system when riding along- passcode menu doesn t workIt looks like I wasn t the only one with these issues Horrific experience

This is an addendum to my previous
This is an addendum to my previous review way back 2023 I got the 2022 Mercedes Benz n bike in February 2023 It was great at first until the module broke after 600 miles Since the technician could not fix the module I was given a replacement similar to the previous bike However after 200-300 miles the replacement bike motor broke The company provided my with another replacement this time the Silver Arrow 3 After 200 miles the motor broke again and the company replaced the motor and the battery balancer that s what technician told me After that in less than 100 miles after the last repair the bike would suddenly turn off even during when I am pedaling I informed the company but I am already out of warranty It suddenly turned off 3x already Twice yesterday This bike is nothing but issues and headaches Stay away from this bikes My bike will become a electric junk soon Get a bike that has abundant parts and local technicians The MB dealer is 40 miles away from me one way But kudos to the technicians and the support staff they were very responsive during the warranty period

I have a 2021 N Mercedes F1 road bike I love it It took a while to arrive and communication became a little frayed waiting 7 months for delivery but absolutely worth it once it arrived I did have an issue with it entering the US with Customs as they believed it was a motorbike but other than that it s been super great I even upgraded the group set to Super Record Campagnolo to improve it Best purchase ever thank you
