Excellent great company
We had a really dodgy old fashioned washing machine connection that was leaking they came whe they said they would replaced with an up to date valve didn t take a liberty with the price at all They were quick clean and polite

NP Works managed to fit my job in at very short notice Their work was excellent and they tidied up afterwards They could not have been more helpful or worked better I strongly recommend them They are also really nice people respectful and polite Top marks

My boiler broke on a Sunday afternoon
My boiler broke on a Sunday afternoon I had another plumber come but the problem remained unidentified Neil came and was quickly able to find the underlying problem as well as fix my boiler He came late on a Sunday and at short notice which was really appreciated Owing to the scale of the problem the required work was not able to be fulfilled on the Sunday but given it had left me with no heating or water Neil made sure that my work was prioritised on the following day which was really really appreciated I cannot recommend his services highly enough he was professional and efficient and we are really happy with the work he conducted

Great service from Nilesh and his colleague We had a leak from underneath our bath which had come through the ceiling and they did a brilliant job at identifying the problem and fixing it efficiently and very professionally Excellent communication and advice which we really appreciated We would highly recommended the company to others

Great service at reasonable rates
These guys fixed a massive problem left behind by Pimlico cowboy plumbers in less than an hour for a very decent rate past 10pm So friendly helpful and efficient
