NRMA have been outstanding For myself and for my now young adult children we need to look no further than NRMA I have been with NRMA for years and now I have encouraged my children to use NRMA My kids have been really satisfied as well NRMA are so sensitive to their customers needs and very competitive in their pricing and the customer service is second to none and I know that from experience or should I say bad experiences with other insurance companies What makes NRMA even better is they actually have a shopfront that you can walk into and deal with people face-to-face Just wonderful Thank you NRMA

Outstanding customer service from JoseHaving other policies with NRMA I turned to them for my home and contents insurance I had the the good fortune of speaking to Jose who was absolutely amazing in helping me optimise my insurance package Been with NRMA for 56 years

They treat you well The claim process was very simple and straightforward and they were willing to assist in every way Highly recommended insurer I have been with NRMA for over many decades peace of mind was provided to me by the insurer a highly respected company and a great deal of trust and peace of mind for the unexpected events I have read the recent reviews I would say that some of the staff at nrma are not the best they are not good they need to be trained kind regards to Cindy

Thanks NRMA while overseas my 3 year old car was stolen and burnt to the ground The whole experience from start to finish with the NRMA and how they handled it was 100 respectful understanding and fair The pay out the car was old with 34 000 Klm was fair for what they paid and certainly fair for us With the new policy they took that into account that I have been with them for over 18 years now and did not treat me like scum just because I had a total payout claim That was my experience

I would like NRMA to develop a product

I would like NRMA to develop a product for senior customers that have a safe driving record and possess a weekend only sport vehicle that is used infrequently and is securely stored The policy package would include CTP 3rd party accident fire theft cover PLUS 1 years FREE NRMA Roadside Assist

NRMA rescued me

NRMA rescued me My caravan insurance was up for renewal Recently the caravan received minor cosmetic hail damage in a storm The structural integrity of the caravan was not compromised When I notified my previous insurer of the damage they told me to make a claim or they would cancel my policy Knowing from other people s experience a claim would lead to my caravan being written off making a claim was not an option They cancelled my policy At age 75 I have an estimated 5 years maximum of caravanning ahead of me if my caravan was written off I would not resume caravanning
