I spent weeks without feedback for my order Weeks later I receive an e-mail saying that the order was partially shipped missing a size Not even asked me if it was ok to send partially Now I have my money stuck because I can t produce tshirts with a missing size and will probably have to wait weeks or months till I see my money back Just a catastrophique event that could be avoided with a simple e-mail Never going to buy from this group again

After 8 attempts to call and 2 emails

After 8 attempts to call and 2 emails I only get a phone call in an incomprehensible language I think it s all a lie Tomorrow I will give all the information to the police

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND UNRELIABLE

Used to be pretty reliable with the odd problem here and there but all my orders this year have all followed the same pattern Items that are supposed to be 24hr shipping are taking weeks to arrive usually 2 - 3 weeks sometimes not in full The 24 hour shipping is complete false advertising You place the order and then watch the status of warehouse has received order for weeks No point in calling or emailing as you ll get no response not until weeks later after the package has finally arrived Not great and pretty stressful if you re trying to run a small business and your clients are relying on you Learned my lesson now when this order finally arrives I will no longer use this terrible service and advise others not to either
