The course material was easy to use The support given by the staff was really helpful Pre-exam tutorial was ideal to focus your studies on the lead up to the exam All the staff I dealt with were cheerful polite and helpful

This is a great online course

This is a great online course with the support either via email or over the phone if you are unsure of anything If you want to do a course in your own time or at night while tramping I would recommend this course The only thing you need beside a tablet laptop is somewhere you can print of the section recaps at the end You get to complete example exam questions from both R1 R2 about the section you have covered and then get great feedback so you know how you are doing before moving onto the next topic With a year to complete the hardest thing is making sure you sit down and do a bit every week By the end of the course I felt confident to book the course and sat both exams on the same day passed both first time The nice thing is if you want to book an exam centre local to you the team are happy to advise

When i joined NTP for my CPC Course i didn t know what to expect from the first phone i was put at ease Everything was explained to me nothing was to much trouble and i was made to feel part of the team The staff at NTP are brilliant to talk too and i would highly recommend them

Just completed 35 hours of online driver CPC well organised all round Daryl and Kelly in the office keep you well informed and the 3 different trainers I had Billy Mark Leon all had great knowledge and made the courses interesting In my opinion online is the way forward

I used NTP to gain my Transport Manager CPC qualification They were a brilliant company to use I couldn t fault them After getting half way through and hitting a brick wall I d lost all my confidence Having reaching out to the tutors with my struggles I had weekly scheduled Tutor support meetings with Kelly to help with learning techniques and once I felt happy with moving forward in the course I had fortnightly meetings with Darryl to keep me motivated and on track It was brilliant and really helped me regain the confidence I needed to complete the course Mark was also brilliant to speak with prior to exams he gave a real insight of what to expect on exam day which was a great bonus They are only ever a call away with questions or queries and the online chat is brilliant to clarify a question I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else wishing to gain their CPC Thank you so much for everything
