Horrible customer service I had to pay 24 for a cancellation letter and I was still charged 80 for a product I don t want There s no way to contact them and to delete my credit card Scammers

I ordered a sample bottle of nugenix and now I am being charged 59 98 on a reassuring order and the phone number to stop this product from billing my credit card the phone number doesn t exist This is total bull

Unauthorized Subscription and Unauthorized charges on Credit card and Bogus Customer service I had ordered a free sample of Total-T along with Testosterone Multivitamin That was alright I wanted to return the Multivitamin which was very Generic I called their phone Number and it says wait for representative who will be with you shortly No representative comes on the phone I called their number several times with waiting periods of 25 minutes to 90 minutes with same phone message to wait for representative I also sent emails to the company with NO RESPONSE And then they charged me on my credit card for a Subscription which I did not Subscribed I feel this company is a BIG FRAUD PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANY THING WITH THIS COMPANY Sincerely JM

You need to have a 0 on your star scale Nugenixs made our friends hair fall out in clumps which were totally bald spots When he immediately stopped taking the Nugenixs his hair came back in clumps of white This sound either like Horse meds or vitamins which made my hair fall out in clumps nearly 20 years ago from a Walmart shampoo which was pulled from the shelves BE CAREFUL OF NUGENIXS and find out of Doug Flutie really take it since Frank is already bald

POOR Customer Service-Product DID NOT WORK

I think most people are looking for some type of product they can trust with the conditions they re looking to improve this is also an area that is very easily scammed Customer service is critical But must realize this product is sold by a lot of different resellers I spoke today to DL Adaptive Health spoke to Arthur from Customer Service In under 10 minutes he was able to threaten me lecture me speak to me very poorly very unprofessional In the end he laid down impossible conditions for return refund Don t believe the ads that say how cheerfully they will refund if your unhappy with it Not this product or this company P S of ya the product did not work

Bad product DIRE customer service

Very poor quality product and almost impossible to cancel The very last thing their Free Trial is - is free Took multiple phone calls while they tried to prevent me from cancelling - ended up having to get a paypal refund after they charged me anyway Bad product and truly DIRE customer service Wish I had seen these reviews first
