Having been recently diagnosed with pre-diabetes IBS and being overweight I find the app very helpful in monitoring both sugar fibre and calorie intake The bar code recognition of food stuffs has recognised all of my purchased food so far without the need to input data If you are serious about what you eat and want to aim for a target I highly recommend
