update we ve had the 1-2-1 and Becca was very helpful and made the content relatable Becca was very kind and spent extra time with us to make sure we ve had at least one run through the report and answered our questions I think the company could complete their offer by giving examples in the report of sample meal plans as well as the powders already mentioned Nonetheless we re now happy with the information provided and the insights gathered as a result of the meeting Original review I was slightly underwhelmed by the results given the price I would not try it again It feels like the test is just a mechanism for the company to sell their powders products The report didn t help us massively it s not exactly in lay terms and it sounded rather vague in terms of actual content I feel that anyone could have easily received the same results I personally wouldn t recommended it

Glad to finally find a shake that works for me

Decided to give NGX a go after trying a number of nutritional shake etc and not seeing any real results - figured couldn t get much better than actually being personalised I chose the cacao-coconut flavour as I m a total coconut lover Tried it in a few versions but decided my favourite was with coconut water more coconut Yay It s much more natural tasting in comparison to a lot of the synthetic sugar laden shakes I ve tried before and didn t give me the bloat I ve experienced previously I generally have it as a breakfast shake or post workout run for a pick me up I also mix it up from time to time by whacking in some banana or strawberries So far I have been loving the results It keeps me satisfied until lunch and stops me snacking I m an absolute snack fiend and replaces my strength post work out I m finally on my way to losing some of the pesky lbs I ve been trying to shift for the last year Glad to have found something that actually works for me

I have been using Personalised NGX for nearly just over a year now And the results for me have been excellent Since using it I have lost nearly 3 stone and now its has also got me to change my eating habits as well as regular gym visits The company has been prompt with sending out the products in time Very professional But you have to stick to it for the results but it can be costly when having over time as they very really do special offers

I used the berries NGX in my morning smoothie as well as occasionally sprinkling it in my porridge It took no time to chuck in and tasted pretty good I found it was best with mixed berries and a banana when making the smoothie but also worked well when added alongside strawberry jam in the porridge I found it gave me more energy in my morning workouts and kept me full till lunchtime no more morning snacks in the biscuit cupboard I ve been hitting the gym pretty hard and consciously eating healthy too so NGX fit into that lifestyle It s difficult to distinguish what lifestyle changes have made the most difference as I think everything has its part to play in my physical development but there s definitely been more of an edge since supplementing my routine with NGX I d recommend this product and will be continuing to use it myself
