We ordered and paid and then absolutely nothing for weeks no phone number to ring just and email address and all email were answered with an automatic reply I was starting to wonder whether the whole thing was a scam After I asked my bank to retrieve our payment I finally received a proper answer and the money was returned

This Website is decietful or possibly a SCAM not confident I will get my order THIS IS NOT AN AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS BUT IS SET UP TO DECEIVE CUSTOMERS INTO THINKING IT OPERATES IN AUSTRALIA AND YOU WILL GET YOUR ORDER SWIFTLY Placed and paid form my order 22 days ago and according to the tracking it hasn t left the US Yet I COULD OF ORDERD DIRECT FROM THE MANUFACTURER IF I WANTED TO PURCHASE FROM THE US AND WAIT TO GET MY ORDER BUYER BEWARE DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS DODGY WEBSITE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APOLOGETIC BUT OFFERS NO SOULUTION OR COMPENSATION

Ordered on the basis it was available with express shipping paid only for 2 weeks later still waiting for items to be shipped to send an email seeking my order arrival No response at all provided and 1 week later my item delivered Not impressed at all with the order process and lack of customer response process Will not be ordering from here again

Ordered cancelled after 11 days

Ordered on 6 March based on website representation that my item was in stock 11 days later I received an email saying my order was cancelled as the item was not in stock That happens I guess but the time period for notifying me of this was excessive Won t be buying from this place again

Do not recommend

330 worth of probiotics left sitting in the sun on a hot day for 8 hours before I could get home to rescue them They weren t packed in any insulating material so are ruined I expect a delivery method that gets the goods to me in good condition I had no response to my email about this issue Terrible service cannot recommend

No Communication

Paid 50 for Express Post but they refused to send it Express they then refused to refund me until I questioned them about it After finally being refunded they refused to answer any of emails Postage was worse than snail mail it was marked as Pending for 3 days and then asked about this the answer I got was NOTHING I will never use this company again they don t even deserve a 1 star rating

Placed order over a month ago and still have not received or had any notification and no response from company when Ive made inquiries Looks like Ive done my moneyDon t buy through this website
