Poor service and no communication
I ordered Ayurvedic medication from this company just over a week ago with a promised delivery time of 2-3 days Unfortunately the package has still not arrived I attempted to contact them via email the only provided contact method but received no response The lack of communication and no delivery have been extremely disappointing I would not recommend dealing with this company based on my experience

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service I was sent the wrong product and accidentally the website went down right after I received my order so the email I sent to flag the issue didn t go through I contacted them through PayPal and I received a very polite answer shortly after and the correct item was sent to me immediately The product I received has its entire shelf life of 2 years also I will definitely order again from this retailer
