Using Alex at NW Personal Training was a great way for me to transition to online coaching Alex provided me with an easy to follow training programme taking into account my strengths and weaknesses He was accountable every step of the way keeping me on track encouraging me and helping me to achieve the muscle gain and fat loss I was after as well as helping to me build sustainable habits so apply to my day to day life so I didn t revert straight back It was a manageable way to continue my training independently but also having an online slot to check in with Alex whenever I needed to and for some to keep tracking my progress

Making the jump to online coaching with Alex has honestly been an incredible adaption in my life Being accountable and having Alex on hand to help guide and push me to results I didn t think was possible I have certainly got my gym bug back and his knowledge has made me the best version of myself His training programs are tailored to me and I can see my strength developing week on week - something I never thought I d say I love having the weekly check ins and after 3 months of busy mum life work balance I am seeing and feeling incredible Thanks Alex

Exactly what I needed
I ve been training with Alex online for the last 12 weeks and I am super happy with the results He s been so helpful in keeping me motivated and accountable The regular check-ins with the app also made me stick with my program The confidence I now have going to the gym makes such a difference I would 100 recommend this program to anyone who needs some extra help support and confidence

The perfect gym program for me
I was previously hesitant about using a personal trainer but I am so glad I got in touch with Alex His online program is exactly what I needed to kickstart my gym journey and he has helped me building up good habits around my training in the gym as well as getting the right amount of protein in I ve fallen in love with strength training all thanks to Alex and his friendly approach to training whilst also holding me accountable for my progress It s great to know that he is always just a message away when I have any questions or need some motivation And my tailored program has helped me become so much more confident inside and outside of the gym

Excellent confidence building PT
I ve been training with Alex for a few months now and he has helped me tremendously to achieve my goals including feeling stronger and more confident in a gym or class environment Now I feel like I can do anything fitness wise on my own and can t believe how strong I ve got in such a short space of time I really enjoy my sessions with Alex as he is really fun to train with as well as being super professional and an expert at what he does I had an ankle injury and he easily adjusted all exercises around this My lower back also causes me some issues which Alex is always super mindful of and I haven t had any issues for a while now due to strengthening myself up by training with him I go to his studio to train in person and it s mega - 360 degree view over London and very conveniently located next to the tube I would highly recommend training with Alex He is also very good at being female focused which I feel is important

If you re looking for a PT look no further
I m so glad to have found Alex and that I was brave enough to start his program I was struggling with guilt of taking time for myself Now going to the gym twice a week is easy the guilt is gone the plan is effective and sustainable I couldn t recommend Alex more I m so grateful for him He really cares he listens and he works with you to make sure you get the best out of your program Thank you Alex I feel better than I have for years

PT Experience
I worked earlier this year with Alex following a long break from training I was looking to get my mojo back and rebuild my motivation I got a serious return on my investment Alex combines a great training programme backed up with learning so you build knowledge and truly understand what your body needs to change I ve really enjoyed working with him - my mindset has shifted and I feel so much more in tune I definitely recommend training with him if you want to train hard whilst keeping it smart

I value my gym sessions so much now
Training with Alex over the past year has taught me so much I now go to the gym on my own three times a week know exactly what to do and feel confident with every exercise Raising a child has meant that I ve not had as much me time as I used to have in the past but I value my gym sessions so much now - I recommend to all Mum s how important it is to stay strong and and feel great I love lifting weights with Alex s support and the accountability really keeps me focused

Making the jump to train online with Alex was such a great decision It gives me structure and confidence every time I step in the gym as it takes away so much of the guess work Alex knows how to motivate and inspire his clients by designing workout programs that reflect what they really want to achieve He is pragmatic committed funny and a very good listener and knows how to get the best outcomes for his clients

Strength training with Alex
Being accustomed to pilates stepping into a gym to lift weights always seemed intimidating This all changed when I started training with Alex a year ago who made our sessions accessible and enjoyable In addition he would tailor workouts to my goals and always support me in breaking personal records The weekly session I have with Alex is the consistent training goal I need to anchor my week Strength training with Alex has given me the confidence to go to any gym with my own routines plus being stronger has made me better at pilates
