Attitude stinks
Booked a repair through AEG who gave me a date of 05 03 and told me the repair would be handled by Pacifica Pacifica sent me a link to a portal with all the info on the repair date arrived and the info on the portal changed to say the repair had been passed to NWAR so I waited for my call to let me know my time slot but this did not happen so I phoned the number that had also been added to the portal It was answered by a female who told me I did not have a booking I explained I did and how it came about her reply was we only got this job last night you do not have a booking and the next date available is the 13 05 her attitude and the way she spoke was not customer service type more like some drunk in a bar wanting to argue she just put the phone down on me and then sent an SMS which simply said the date of the new booking nothing else I would not let this company through my door there attitude stinks

My appliance was under manufacturer s
My appliance was under manufacturer s warranty who made an appointment for NWAR to attend in 2 days NWAR contacted me to reschedule for a week later When they attended the engineers identified the fault He would have to order the parts and asked that I email proof of purchase to his office I did that the same day Having heard nothing I contacted them to be told that the manufacturer had closed the job 4 hours of phone calls established that NWAR has told the manufacturer that there was no faults identified More phone calls to the manufacturer who obtained the engineer s report which did identify the fault and which parts were required Why did they lie to the manufacturer I insisted that the manufacturer send their own engineer as I didn t want any person from a dishonest company anywhere near my house The manufacturer s engineer attended and spend several hours dismantling and replacing parts The appliance now works as intended I suspect that NWAR wouldn t have been sufficiently thorough to affect the repair

Treat complaints with contempt Avoid
NWAR were contracted by Samsung to repair our faulty washing machine Their engineer installed the wrong component Samsung and NWAR are blaming one another and both refuse to accept any responsibility NWAR are currently refusing to answer my messages

Hired on behalf of domestic general
Hired on behalf of domestic general didn t turn up the first time when they eventually did I needed parts for my machine Then they didn t turn up again to fix so eventually they wrote my machine off They said they would inform Domestic General they didn t They in fact told D G that they had fixed my machine told them I was lying I am now 5 weeks into having a broken washing machine DO NOT USE Customer service is terrible

Very poor customer service
Took initial payment for call out on Samsung washer dryer Engineer attended and diagnosed problem Returned with parts replaced and left untested The problem remained Engineer number 2 came and diagnosed as different part I was then charged for the incorrectly installed first part and invoiced 200 for the second lot of parts The 2nd visit was then cancelled the day before The service manager would not guarantee the parts would rectify the problem A very poor service from the manager who displayed a trial and error attitude at my expense

Fridge Freezer out in the cold
Engineer was polite and arrived on time He had ordered the necessary part to enable the water ice maker and fitted it So far - so good The first time I tried to get ice from the fridge freezer - the complete lost all power All food in the freezer lost The engineer did call back the next day to inspect Apparently the computer system which had worked perfectly till that day had broken down He promised to source the item and give me a price I can t see any benefit in paying anything further to this firm

Clowns
Only thing that the engineer if he could be called that was missing was his red nose as clown springs to mind no people skills no parts an no fixing the problem which is a circuit board replaced Surely these clowns can look at what needs to be repaired and go with the parts for the machine they re supposed to be a subcontractor for Samsung and are dirtying the brand they only need to get a manager with more than one brain cell and it will probably run better because it couldn t be any worse All in all poor not able to give 0 stars

Samsung approved local repairs Broken fridge freezer - booked in by D G insurance 3 cancelled appointments over 3 week period - One day before confirmed appointment cancelled and then given a 10 wait because the engineer had not returned phoned - complete lack of interest Covid 19 heard this so many times as excuse - but so many others able to work wouldn t recommend or Samsung

Awfully rude and unhelpful staff and managementArrived with wrong job sheet and no parts to fix Samsung hob Lied and said only here for pre repair inspection not to repairThen closed job with Samsung as successful repair which has put us back to square 1 with regards to being able to cook When questioned about the closed job staff member said we don t care we still get paid for any call out AVOID AVOID AVOID
