Still not refunding me
I have now rung 5 times regarding my refund on an undelivered order of over 1000 they still have not refunded me Do not buy from this company

Subpar Experience
I recently submitted two separate orders from NYDJ online I live in Canada and the orders are filled from the US I wish I had read the online reviews prior to placing my orders for a considerable sum of money The orders took 3 weeks to be delivered and I only received meaningful updates after I sent several emails to NYDJ customer service In addition it wasn t until the return process was initiated that I was informed of the return shipping fees Most of the items unfortunately did not meet my expectations despite their apparent reputation as a global brand The Megan dress was great and I kept that item I also kept one pair of jeans which were acceptable The rest of the items 6 in total to be returned were problematic due to inconsistent sizing with items being either too big or too small despite ordering the same size and with one item-a pair of jeans-the denim was of subpar quality Not what one would expect given the prices for their products The worst part however is the incomplete refund I have received to date for the items returned To note- all of the items were returned promptly in one original shipping box and packaging with their respective packing slips all tags on and clearly unused not worn Since some items were refunded it is clear the box containing all of the returned items was received All items returned are eligible for a full refund I have never experienced anything like this with a supposed global brand The initial contact with customer service has now gone radio silent and I may be forced to take further action to secure the refund to which I am entitled My advice is to go to a bricks and mortar store unless you are absolutely sure of your purchase with respect to fit and quality of materials and to seriously evaluate reviews before buying I wish I had

Dishonest company
One star for goods arriving on time Zero stars for customer services I returned a pair of expensive jeans but despite emailing never got a refund In the end I did a charge back through my bank so didn t lose out My advice to anyone in this situation is to do the same and order nydj goods from John Lewis instead

No refund if you do a return Beware
The UK branch of this brand is awful Sizing is inconsistent and they don t do exchanges so I had to buy another pair and returned the one that didn t fit the next day after receipt using their label at one of the approved locations Never got a refund despite calls and 10 emails to their customer service team It has been over 8 weeks and have been charged for two jeans when I only kept one Most emails went unanswered but this is worse in refusing a refund for a returned item they are stealing customer s money Clearly they don t care about customers in the UK STAY AWAY

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service I can t say enough bad things about the experience Still waiting on my order and they can t won t tell me anything except that it apparently shipped 3 weeks ago and has not progressed from there Doubt I ll ever see it I will NEVER do business with them again Expect I ll be out 150 BUYER BEWARE

Fast to take your money but slow to return it
I placed 2 orders within days of each other The items arrived after a week and were good quality Unfortunately the sizes were off so I returned them the following day I checked the tracking and saw my returns had reached their warehouse and been processed However 25 days later I am still waiting for my refunds I contacted their customer services and this is the reply I received NYDJ Customer Service Fri Jun 28 4 39 PM 9 days ago to meDear Customer Thank you for your email I can confirm that your returns are safe and on the way back to us please kindly allow up to 14 wokring days for your return to be processed and refunded according to our online stores policies We apologies for any inconveniences and thank you for your patience If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us With Kind Regards Harry Customer SupportNYDJ UKSuch an appalling service I wont be using them in the future

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Beware of ordering from this company I ordered 4 pairs of jeans in various sizes Wanted to return 2 pairs clicked on UK returns portal Takes you to US site only returns method is DHL at a cost of 12 I don t have a DHL depot within 60 miles of where I live Customer Services not interested Have emailed twice have had no response Also states on returns portal that final sale items are non returnable Bit sneaky This company are happy to take your money but that s about it Would avoid for sure Jeans are not what they used to be either UPDATE I have now received a response to my review telling me I visited the wrong returns website When you click on UK returns it takes you to their US returns portal This response absolutely beggars belief as I have since received a response from NYDJ to say basically it s DHL or nothing Their wording was unfortunately there is nothing we can do This reply was unsigned and totally conflicts their public response to my complaint Wouldn t trust them
