The tempered glass side panel replacement

The tempered glass side panel of my NZXT H510 case shattered unexpectedly I requested a replacement part and received excellent customer service from CJ NZXT The replacement part was shipped and I was able to fix my case without any problems I am very satisfied with the customer service I received and would definitely recommend NZXT to others

Had a part under warranty It broke screw kind of uh snapped in half Contacted support got a replacement internationally inside of a week Great warranty great support experience

Pre-built - Streaming Plus PC

Got a pre-built from NZXT about a year ago it s the Streaming Plus PC Insanely good PC never have any issues with it runs like a dream Just started making upgrades on it super easy to do even for someone who is not tech savvy like myself Any time I do need to contact the support team with questions or something they are always super friendly and helpful Granted I don t have any experience with other PC companies I still 10 10 recommend NZXT for ppl who are new to the PC community

Solid support person gave me the information I was asking for - to the best of their ability Also provided light personal stories to give me something to relate to This combined with my previous experiences with NZXT warrants the 5 stars Highly recommended Ordered a Nuka cola custom case which was not available in my region but they in turn went above and beyond in helping with shipping and such across the pond a Wonderful case still in use to this day

The I O module on my case died as a result of a spill I enquired with NZXT about purchasing a replacement but they covered it under warranty and offered to send out a new module for free Initially the part was out of stock but their customer service regularly updated me during the wait and as soon as the part became available They dispatched the part for free via registered post I can t recommend their customer service highly enough

I want to share my experience with NZXT customer service One day the tempered glass door in my pc cabinet H510 scattered into a thousand pieces I contacted NZXT They sent me a new cabinet door window The customer service I received from them has been the best I have ever experienced from any company Very professional friendly and informative communication giving regular updates to ensure that I was not in any way forgotten Thank you NZXT

Ordered a computer that was supposed to be shipped to a friend Turns out my friend had an urgency so I had to cancel It was super fast on Monday so I didn t have to stress for too long whether it could be cancelled or if it was too late I ordered during the weekend so had to wait until opening hours Only issue was receiving emails with my friend s name even though the billing address and account was in my name so a little change in automatic emailing could be great but overall no real problem

H1 AIO Replacement

The customer support was flawless I had an issue with the AIO of my H1 and NZXT worked tirelessly to send me a replacement unit Even when I faced issues with customs

Customer service is Great

Customer service is great I had an issue with my Geforce RTX 3080 falling apart within the case due to the pillars melting They immediately offered a replacement card and were very communicative I ended up getting an upgrade to the Geforce RTX 4070 Ti in the end I had to send the defective card back first but they provided a paid shipping label so I just went to the nearest UPS store and had them package and send it for me Super Easy I only had this issue occur after about a year of using my PC My PC is wonderfully built beautiful to look at and well worth the money I paid in the end 10 10 experience NZXT I would buy another PC from them again

You have the best parts there are your motherboards are beautiful just like everything you do unfortunately I only have my beautiful kraken m22 but one day I will have a whole setup of yours
