Disgusting
Engineer came to complete an annual gas safety check rang the buzzer and left before we had a chance to answer the door which having a small baby took a minute not two minutes one minute As a result we received a letter threatening legal action and demanding an immediate response Who do these people think they are they need to remember who the customer is and provide customer service Disgusting This sort of thing traumatises vulnerable people like elderly or disabled whom do take some time to answer the door

Missed a basic
Missed the boiler wasn t actually connected to the flue pipe On three occasions and that s just while I ve been here in the last year My airing cupboard must have had monoxide in everytime I ran the hot water or heating Only now aware because door was open when I was running the water recently and set alarm off Don t know how much has seeped out in last 16 months

The receptionist is intentionally disruptive and dishonest Agrees appointments then sends letters with altered times and dates Doesn t like being called out on this but still does it She won t give her name for me to make a formal complaint lacks social skills

Absolute shambles
Absolute shambles Open ended gas pipes when gas engineer came to fire up the boiler Excuses and fingers pointed to others Whilst decorating we had to have holes cut into walls to rectify and pipes re routed in kitchen Faulty pump changed in airing cupboard and left leaking heavily for quite some time Central heating purged and radiators bled though one radiator left open and once water started circulating water was spraying out all over newly decorated walls both these leaks now causing damage below in kitchen and lounge water running down into light switches Luckily partner spotted it before leaving that night otherwise she would of had no ceilings following morning Engineer clearly not trained and up to the task but then texting and calling my partner privately begging for us to not file a complaint as he was desperate for his job 3 weeks of hell and the sage continues

Rapid response to report of fault
We experienced a power cut late on Thursday which caused a fault on our inverter I left a message with Brad Hayden at Oakray saying that this fault had occurred He rang early the next morning that he had worked with GivEnergy on the system and all should be fine I checked it when I got in and it was working perfectly Many thanks
