I ordered a bed from Oak Tree and need some information after the delivery and contacted Customer Services I spoke to Shauna and she was so polite and thorough and gave me exactly the right information I needed Excellent service thank you

Steve Dan visited my mum at home to discuss their range of beds They were both very polite friendly respectful kind patient knowledgable I asked a lot of questions that they were both happy to answer they were very helpful with my mum when she was trying out the demo bed they kindly brought in Have spoken to both since they continue to be patient helpful Both Dan Steve delivered and continue to deliver exceptional service - it s been a pleasure

David introduced himself before he was asked to come in And from the off we had right good chat as we are both Ex Service so we had somthing in common And when he got down to the business he just explained every thing that we asked so we were impressed with him and satisfied with our Order

Just what I needed

The agent was very thorough in explaining the details of the frame and the two types of mattresses I found it very beneficial being able to actually try the bed in my own home I can t wait to get my bed which will help me with various health problems
