Issues with a delivery where they sent me the wrong item Contacted them to say they sent wrong item Refunded the item straight away and sent me a discount code for free delivery so I could re order Jomarc made the whole process easy

Great customer serviceI contacted Oasis regarding a faulty item I had received and was looking for a replacement to be sent out I received a quick response and was kept updated throughout the process I found Erickvher to be very helpful

Missing order

I ordered a dress in the Black Friday event at an excellent price and it was dispatched quickly However it got stuck with Evri and I had to wait until the original planned delivery date at which point Oasis launched an investigation I messaged today 2 days before I was officially allowed to specify a replacement or refund and Mohammed very kindly informed me he had ordered a replacement with next day delivery as I needed the dress for an event Evri definitely at fault- Oasis customer service has been exemplary and the messaging system is great

Darius Rosary Roberth Lybre PatriciaF Karen JoyceR Dominic Aamina Shaban Ashley P John Regis Crystal and Alvin 34 Instagram and email messages not including automated responses for Oasis Customer Service to STILL acknowledge that maybe on the shoe box is the right code and inside the box is the wrong shoe Sadly here we go again with a great interface and terrible customer service either the left doesn t talk to the right or the team is so bound with company policy that they are not trusted to be able to act freely to aid a query despite the above individuals willingness to be helpful So buyer BEWARE are you in for the long haul is the item you are purchasing really worth the stress if there is a glitch in the system So should a reply from Oasis arrive here on this review from Millie Amelia Fiona or Jack I don t really believe you exist please don t forward me to customer service Just watch this space for more reviews on how many times Oasis send out the wrong ugly shoe Date of experience - All of September 2022
