Really fantastic service

Human and professional

ASC diagnosis Highly recommended

We recently used their services when faced with ridiculous NHS waiting times measured in years The communication was excellent and the staff highly professional and very experienced This was all done within the limitations of Covid restrictions as well From start to diagnosis it was completed in a matter of weeks not many months or even years Staff treated us with respect at all times and like parents who actually do know their child This has not always been the case with overstretched NHS services Highly recommended

ASD Assessment - professional and efficent service

I recently had an ASD assessment for my 12 year old daughter I was amazed at how she was understood so well and her difficulties accurately recorded After struggling to have her issues correctly identified the process was smooth and so many details picked up on and recorded in our assessment report The service was professional and reassuring My daughter was extremely anxious when we arrived but was put at ease We have had lots of after assessment support and I would recommend Oasis Psychology services to anyone

Warm respectful and insightful

Dr Shetty was warm respectful and insightful - my child had a really positive experience of our first meeting with him The other members of the team we spoke to have also been friendly and helpful We re so glad to have found this service and feel much more optimistic about getting the help my child needs

Amazing professionals

This organisation is just brilliant Everything from dealing with the attentive office manager to the wonderful manner of the clinicians is just outstanding The way our inquiry was dealt with and speed of response and appointments was excellent The two clinicians that our daughter and We saw were reassuringly honest and approachable the best we have encountered I would not hesitate to recommend them for any child suffers from anxiety and ASC Thank you Flioriana and team We are so grateful that we found you

Excellent Service with very experienced

Excellent Service with very experienced team members We have used Oasis Psychological Services twice now and both times have been extremely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism exhibited by all staff members Their reports are incredibly detailed and have been instrumental in helping our child receive appropriate support both at home and in the school setting The staff are all incredibly kind and excellent at quickly building rapport with young children with additional needs Thank you so much for all your time and support

An absolute privilege to write this review

I m so privileged to be able to write this review and fortunate to have found Dr Floriana I contacted Oasis on the recommendation of a friend who had used the services Dr Floriana went above and beyond in not only being understanding and empathetic to my initial concerns with my daughter and how she was presenting but took the time over a weekend to call me to further discuss my requirements and offering me an appointment within 2 months which given the current climate with these kinds of assessments was incredible The assessment itself was extremely thorough and detailed with Dr Floriana showing care and compassion which in turn made my daughter feel safe and secure throughout the whole process The diagnosis was was fed back to us very quickly and supported by a very lengthy and detailed report with the offer of a follow up appointment to go over any concerns or questions which either myself or my daughter had This was most helpful as the initial assessment can be quite overwhelming Given all the above I would not hesitate in recommending Dr Floriana and have in fact already passed her details on to others

Such a great experience from Oasis

I was very nervous and anxious about my assessments for ADHD and Autism However the staff at Oasis were brilliant and soon put my mind to rest The assessments were conducted in a gentle and sensitive manner with opportunities to take breaks when needed They were highly professional very friendly most informative and the atmosphere was very relaxed I cannot recommend Oasis highly enough
