Some of the worst after sales treatment
Some of the worst after sales treatment I have ever experienced Sebastian Santiba ez sold me my car in February 2024 it is now June 2024 and I still don t have the original documents I chased this up as my ITV was due to expire in June I have had daily conversations with him and he has been telling me daily that my documents are to be delivered that particular day Then they are not delivered and he tells me that they couldn t deliver and they have been returned to the office He told me he would provide tracking details so I could track the delivery but this didn t happen and he just ignored all my texts and calls It has been nothing but trouble ever since I bought the car He was very nice to me and has been polite to me since I bought the car but is giving me the run around for my documents without which I cannot drive the vehicle legally I was annoyed in the beginning as my payment took 2 and a half weeks to go through and he kept saying it wasn t showing up eventually we realised this was because the owner was on holiday something he didn t disclose When I went to write feedback he stood over me and I begrudgingly gave good feedback even though I was not happy Occasion plus Estepona

On March 3
On March 3 2024 I purchased a Jaguar registration number 1260 KJX from Ocasionplus I paid for both the car and the document processing After making the payment it took a long time to actually collect the car When I finally received it it came with only one set of keys and I was promised that the second set along with the car documents would be delivered within two weeks In Spanish this means several months Today is June 17 and I still haven t received the documents or the second set of keys Moreover the manager who handled the transaction said he doesn t know where the keys and documents are and doesn t want to find out advising me to contact customer support which has never responded Every call I make results in the same answer they don t know anything I don t know how to resolve this issue My patience has run out so I m writing reviews on all platforms to share what a terrible experience I ve had I do not recommend this company in any way Lo que ustedes est n diciendo no es cierto y tengo pruebas de ello proporcionadas por el gerente Julio 34 675 867 223 Inicialmente l comunic esta mentira pero cuando fui a la polic a se disculp y me inform que el plazo es de 90 d as y que los documentos a n no est n listos Dijo que cuando est n listos nos los entregar n En ese momento a n no hab an pasado los 90 d as y decidimos esperar Trabajamos desde casa somos una familia de 5 personas y siempre hay alguien en casa Nadie ha venido y no se ha entregado nada y su empresa ya se ha disculpado por esta mentira anteriormente

It s a very bad company in Spain and don t believe them The cars inside of web site is different the car you buy and you have to pay for buy a car the change name price and in all the other sellers and showrooms in Spain are FREE I sold my car and after 10 days they backed my car with accident of driver door and they painted and when I told them that they had a problem and showed them that my car has no problem when I gave them the car they didn t accept and they told me you can call Police and also you can go to court I don t understand who care of this company and they are thief and not honest and very be carefull because when you have a problem nobody take care and without service Es muy mala compa a en Espa a y no les crean Los coches dentro del sitio web son diferentes del coche que compras y tienes que pagar por comprar un coche el precio del cambio de nombre y en todos los dem s vendedores y salas de exposici n en Espa a es GRATIS Vend mi auto y despu s de 10 d as lo respaldaron con un accidente en la puerta del conductor y lo pintaron y cuando les dije que ten an un problema y les mostr que mi auto no ten a ning n problema cuando se los di no lo hicieron Acept y me dijeron que puedes llamar a la polic a y tambi n puedes ir a la corte No entiendo a qui n le importa esta empresa y son ladrones y no honestos y tienen mucho cuidado porque cuando tienes un problema nadie se ocupa y sin servicio

Occasionplus I Murcia Very unreliable company I bought a car in marts 20000 and 2019 and they should change the battery because it was 5 years old The 27and 29 September the car went dead on battery I asked the dealer what to do They said it s not under guarantee so go to your mechanic When we got the battery out we could see that it was the old battery from 2019 Ocasionplus has not given me a new battery as promised I went to the ocasionplus in Murcia to get the money for for the battery change 175 They would not pay me even when I showed them the old battery we have changed They have cheated me in the must awful way and won t pay for it After all this I went suspicious because I couldn t find any paperwork from ITV which should have been done November December 2023 Ocasionplus have had the car since 23-11-23 I went to ITV and nothing has been done I had to pay 42 and get it done Ocasionplus in Murcia is a very unreliable company and be careful dealing with Luis Jose Martin Barnes and don t trust them when they promise you something Jens Jacob Dynesen 30710 los Alcazares Car reg 7212LCD

Thanks to Trustpilot 09 Feb 2023 the company gave immediate response However we are already the 4 of March 2023 and my car is still in the garage at MURCIA CABEZO We are on the THIRD month Removing repairing a window is apparently a titanic task We remain without a response from the garage as well as the commercial department since 21 Feb 2023 of the head office I have lived in different parts of the world and never experienced anything like this How much patience should a person have The car is still under warranty Check TRUSTPILOT before buying REVIEW TRUSTPILOT helps I waited a few days before expressing my reservations after the last answer Unfortunately the answers received here to TRUSTPILOT from the company Ocasionplus are only a fa ade to come across well Still NOTHING has changed My car has still NOT been repaired and in the garage MURCIA CABEZO Apparently this operator can do whatever he wants I m just a foreigner after all

Bad service and awful company
It s very intersting that after 10 days they checked and I paid for the other car and after that they understood that the car is not good ALSO WHEN I got the car the door of the driver had an accident and the persons who worked in Ocasionplus also with photos accepted that was a problem of workshop but the workshop didn t accept and I paid to fix the door these are very bad service

This is your response to my review in English Our goal is always to provide transparent and fair treatment to all of our customers and we are concerned that you have not received that clarity We will review what happened so that we can improve our procedures and prevent situations like this from happening again in the future We greatly appreciate your comments as they help us to improve and offer a better service We hope to be able to resolve this issue in the best possible way Best regards Thank you for your response but fair and clear treatment is not what happened because I can t get finance and want to buy with my savings you make me wait 30 days for a car you have available I would like and is in my price range I wait I then go to pay deposit and fees to have it transported which will take up to 15 days and I am told the company won t sell to cash buyers a car younger than 2023 without me adding another 600 premium warranty for 1 year Terrible to do that to a customer you have said clearly all the costs to in writing and then you change your rules and the agent is trapped and can t sell it to me for what was the price for last 3 weeks that I had to wait incase someone with finance wanted the car You could have had my money for 3 weeks with the 2900 more you charge for non finance clients but instead you change the rules in your company Very poor business treatment I did all you asked and you didn t keep to your word in writing for weeks

Torremolinos branch- Shockingly bad after-sales Our car broke down on day 2 They do not operate according to the law of consumer rights You cannot return the car within 14 days We will definitely use a lawyer to ensure I have consumer rights upheld You can t even have a place to make a complaint and they refuse to discuss the matter further I felt it was not the battery but they said it was It was a power loss Give us back the money within our legal rights please to avoid the legal processes I will update on this review as things progress for better or for worse I will give you a chance to do what is right Why do you need to make money in a dishonest way
