What became a difficult situation due to third party insurers playing games

What became a difficult situation due to the third party s insurance playing settlement games and having to possibly going to court O C L managed to finally get a settlement and avoided an unnecessary legal challenge ocl were always very calm and assured me they were doing everything to avoid going to court True to their word they came through I did find what the third party insures did caused me a lot anxiety and stress this was a non fault accident and should have been very straight forward
