Great experience side it was activated
Great experience with the service activation and support post installation I spoke with Vranda who was super helpful in sorting out issues with my VPN access and quickly passed on my billing queries to the appropriate team I ve not experienced any throttling or lagging This is the second package I ve taken out with Octaplus I m pleased with the service so far for both I must note though that there was a 6month delay from when I ordered to when the service was installed but this was more of cityfibres fault than Octaplus It looks like this has been resolved now

Well done to Octaplus and Cable Fibre
The Cable Fibre installers arrived on time and were very polite and accommodating in discussing and agreeing the routing of the cable into my house The installation went ahead without any problems and very quickly the cable and equipment were installed and working I ordered the 300Mbps system and from what I had read about similar systems I had expected only about150Mbps but the system actually gave me a constant 240-260Mbps Very pleased with the result

Painless Installation by City Fibre
A Great Experience Installation by CityFibre was very smooth quick and painless The installers were polite clean and left the works in great order The order process via CityFibre was also easy to do as was the selection of an install date and time slot The router is good when wired but for my usage the range does not meet my expectation I will be asking for a single mesh unit to enhance the experience On the plus side I get a consistant 900MB download and upload with great latency and low jitter A happy customer and would and have recommend City Fibre to others

If you are having an issue with your broadband and you are looking for a solution I recommend Siddhi to you he is a champ when he step into your problem all you will get is result Thank you so much siddhi for resolving my issue Octaplus is my number one broadband no network problem and it is fast

Problems happen it s how you deal with them
I have been with Octaplus for a couple of months on a Friday night our Router popped and we needed a replacement There was a little bit of a mix up and the replacement device scheduled for Monday did not arrive It transpires the order did not go through Frustrating and disruptive normally working at home Mon Tue But I guess these things happen Where I was impressed by Octaplus they owned up they answered my calls they reached out to me to update me Things will go wrong it happens but how you deal with it is what makes a difference Honesty some empathy and a professional approach goes a long way I did not record all of the names but a big shout out to Vranda Jack and colleagues for the personal touch Andrew

Been with Octaplus since May and cannot fault them from the word go City Fibre had initial problems with access to my property but between Octaplus and City fibre the problems were sorted quickly the communication between Octaplus and City Fibre to myself was excellent They only have one contact number to call but I ve had no problem as if nobody answers there s no robots - somebody will call you back

The customer service is beyond every expectation I was about to start a new contract with them and chose a time for the engineer to come I contacted them at 4 pm to change the installation time one day before and they changed without any problems Imagine the cancellation email was before 8 am today

Excellent so far
After installation by City Fibre I had to call Octaplus call was answered promptly explained my issue said they would call me back in 30mins which they did they had to change some settings on my router and so far 2 months in nearly its been excellent so far 930 930 anytime i speed test it Amazing value for the super speeds
