Not too happy with the fact they applied a processing fee when I withdrew

I stumbled upon an ad for a cool sign-up offer by Octobet where they promised to reimburse you 50 of your losses if you lost money with their bets Great I thought So I deposited 100 looked around for a couple of days but found nothing worth betting on dead season football-wise I decided to withdraw my 100 and come back later However they applied a 5 withdrawal fee which was according to their terms of course but still quite unusual and unexpected I was in a similar situation with BetVictor a while ago I deposited then withdrew no processing fees applied of course and now I m a satisfied customer betting with them again when I feel like it As for Octobet this is not a good way to earn the trust of potential customers What else is hiding in those long T Cs that no one reads anyway Go figure Just avoid them

I am extremely disappointed with Octobet My withdrawal of 2400 has been pending for over a month and despite numerous attempts to contact customer service I have been completely ignored I have not received any updates for more than 30 days leaving me feeling robbed and frustrated This level of service is unacceptable and I strongly advise others to avoid this bookmaker
