I think the products are fantastic so much so that after having my rope Phoenix for several weeks I ordered my wife a Funky Zen as she wanted a lighter rope Customer service is fantastic I wouldn t complain if shipping was a little fast but that s more because of my impatience that any problems receiving my product I have seen some say they were not fond of the app and while I agree that the yearly subscription is a high I was able to get a deal with my wife s rope for a year and I jumped on it because I felt the app and the lessons on the app were very helpful for someone completely new to rope flow
