Kiegan was immensely helpful in clarifying why I had been charged a random amount dating back to 1st July 2023 which had caused me a bit of distress He apologised for this occurrence and happily refunded the amount and adjusted my direct debit so my account will clear to zero upon my scheduled variable bill amount being taken

Christina renewed my faith in Octopus

I have to say that my call with Christina couldn t have gone any better She was very professional and patient listened to me and also investigated my concerns before proceeding to providing a more than satisfactory resolution Before speaking with with Christina I had spoken with 4 other representatives who had had not acted on my queries nor get back to me with necessary feedbacks however Christina was able to resolve all issues in one single call whilst providing great reassurance
