As good as it gets
I was asked by an elderly friend to have a look at his Octopus account So I popped over and what I found was not good I collected as much information as I could and then called Octopus There was an acceptably short wait until a very helpful lady answered the phone I explained the position including that the projected bill was unaffordable and the lady explained all of the options available As a result a number of changes have already been made and my friend has received lots of information as to how he can reduce their bills My friend has been reassured by the call and can now stop worrying about where it will all end

Emina is a real star
Following a problem with readings my mistake I contacted Emina with whom I had dealt on a number of occasions As ever there was a warm friendly welcome and my issue was dealt with immediately and efficiently Emina is a great asset to Octopus Energy it s a great pity there are not more like her Ken Brown

Octopus Energy s staff are very professional and able to sort any problem beside that they are also friendly My recent experience was more than great because although i am out of the country i was still able to communicate efficiently and get fast reply Good luck

Prompt courteous efficient service as usual
I always get an email bill from Octopus within 24-36 hrs of submitting my gas and electricity meter readings online But this time for the first time ever nothing had arrived after four or five days so something had obviously gone wrong I emailed Octopus early this morning and by 2pm I had received a reply from Andjela promising me she would make sure my bill would be issued and assuring me it would be with me in 24-48 hrs In fact it arrived five minutes later If only other companies Customer Service departments were that efficient Usually - if you re lucky - you wait days for a reply and then more days before anything happens - not so with Octopus Full marks to Octopus and Andjela for the rapid response and for sorting the problem so rapidly

Amazing customer service
Busy - I guess all the energy firms are really up against it at the moment as we customers have so many concerns However customer services at Octopus are the gold standard other companies should aspire to especially when you have someone like Andjela backing your corner Even though she was probably dealing with vast numbers of queries she dealt with mine in a way that was friendly professional and above all made feel like I was her priority

Really great experience after switching
Really great experience after switching to Octopus Energy Having been with 2 other energy suppliers for both Gas and Electricity with really bad customer services Octopus actually engages with me as a customer I also get a better rate for exporting electricity back the to grid

After months of complaining because
After months of complaining because octopus energy would not give me the credit of 500 which they owed me at last I have got it Credit goes to ZAK S He helped me and was so intent on getting the whole case closed I was so happy that at last I had found a member of the OctopusEnergy team who could actually do his job After months of applying waiting and becoming more and more frustrated and angry Zak actioned the final blow He rewarded me with a credit on my account and also sent me a box of beautiful flowers I was thrilled but I must say well deserved after months of agravation Well done Zak S

Excellent service from Octopus Energy once again
Octopus Energy are as usual excellent for good value and service I am on a fixed rate contract until the end of the month and decided that now was the time to fix a new rate for the next 12 months bearing in mind the uncertainty over future supplies I changed my tariff today and was pleasantly surprised that Octopus carried out the transfer to coincide with my end of month contract rather than straight away You cannot fault their customer service when I still have the facility to change tariff again should the markets improve with no exit fee Octopus Energy have always provided outstanding service in the past and continue to do so Why would anybody not want to be with them
Octopus customers pay less: Cheaper than price-cap prices, rewards for using less when the grid is stressed, and smart tariff savings for your home, car or battery
