THESE ARE CON MEN This company is nothing short of a scam and this is not an exaggeration I mean they are actually a scam Absolutely disgusting service They lied to me saying that I had grounds for a complaint and all I had to do was become a member I said yes to move ahead with the complaint and once they charged me they transferred me to the legal department who clearly stated I had no grounds for complaint whatsoever Legally I would have 14 days to give up the service They wouldn t accept it and said that I still had to pay 17 Euros because I had a 1 minute conversation with their legal department VULTURES THEY ARE FREAKN VULTURES DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY They take your money offering no help at all and then still refuse to follow Spanish law

I use to work on OR network in Bristol this company is really a scam when I got hired they promised me a lot but in fact they are the most liars beware of DM

Useless service

The claim that they will give you support None of this they just take the monthly subscription delaying months and months the real process If the mediation is unsuccessful they don t care just say Hey now you can go to the tribunal by youself Pretty useless

Rude and unprofessional

I see from the fact that half of the reviews are 1 star that I am not alone in the appalling treatment I have received from this organisation Not only did they not help me they made the problem worse and then sent me emails with insults when I asked them for clarification I am seriously upset by my experience with these people

This company tries to make money from consumers who have problems with companies Instead of advising the consumer to resolve the dispute with the company they turn it into a public fight to harm the company Even if consumers proclaim demonstrable lies OCU will simply leave the complaint publicly online This is a very shady company Stay far away from it

No apparent service except requesting payment for membership

First contact was to ask advice in accordance with OCU s ADVERTISED FREE SERVICE Their response was we don t have a free service you must pay I paid the subscription and again requested assistance 23 September 2024 26 September 2024 4 October 2024 They sent confirmation receipt emails saying they would contact I never heard anything else from them and my communications are not even recorded in my account profile 6134804-39
