EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT SERVICE
I was recommended ODT by MARK REVELL Estate Agents to handle the sale of my late father s house Each member of staff I came into contact with was informative efficient and friendly Special mention to Sally Peake who was accessible supportive and effective when dealing with the problems and delays that arose during the process I felt confident at all times that everything was done to unsure a smooth transaction

Exceptional Service
Sally and her assistant Louise were incredibly efficient friendly thorough and knowledgeable They helped with the smooth purchase of my new home and the complex issues with being share of freehold whilst also dealing with the sale of my leasehold property The comments from estate agents were also very much in favour of Sally saying she was on top of everything and way ahead of others in the chain It s so refreshing to have worked with someone who is so hard working and does not push your case to the bottom of the pile as I have experienced from other conveyors in the past

Amazing
This is the 2nd time we have used ODT solicitors in particular Louise and we only have good things to say about them From start to finish we were always kept in the loop with how everything was progressing and never had to chase they were thorough with all their findings and made the whole process much less stressful We will always recommend ODT
