Excellent service

I ordered an office chair on Saturday The delivery said dispatch around 5 days for standard delivery After reading some reviews I was a little worried and so today Thursday I called to check my order was in processing and get an estimate of timings When I called I spoke to a really friendly helpful lady Rhianna she confirmed that hopefully based on timescales for the warehouse I should be on track to get my delivery early next week and she was going to check my order personally and come back to me As soon as I hung up I got a DPD delivery message and my chair was delivered today and an email from Rhianna to say she had looked and my chair was out for delivery within 5 minutes of my call its just as the pictures seems great quality and was so easy to assemble it literally took me 15 minutes from start to finish I nearly didn t order because a couple of bad reviews but I m so glad I did I would highly recommend great chair and great friendly customer service

From the start the gas cylinder didn t work rung and replaced without any quibbles Well done Chair now working well

Useless company

Useless company Ordered on Sunday and on Monday the order was confirmed and the amount was deducted from my bank account In a separate email I was told my order was ready to despatch Then on Tuesday sent the following email Thank you for your order Unfortuantely we are currently out of stock of the Tyler chair with further stock due 07 07 My apologies for this inconvenience but please advise if you would like to amend the order at any point I think this is probably the LEAST helpful customer service I then followed up with a call They could not offer me an alternative chair and was unwilling to swap the amount for a higher priced chair and barely even apologised A refund was processed after I pushed for it Evidently have an issue with their stock control Beware

A month later and still no product

I ordered an office chair at the end of May and am yet to receive the product despite delivery being within 5 working days Have sent emails chasing but have had no response to my latest enquiries and am unsure if when I will receive the product invoice 13989
