I signed up and applied for a card providing my personal information id address invoices for services receipts I have received a response stating that I didn t pass their KTC verification with no clear reason After 1 month I am still waiting From their chat I keep hearing that they will look into it service doesn t seem too serious taking that long or the company is struggling somehow with support
