Absolutely Terrible

We purchased two office tables and chairs from Ofiprix in the middle of July with the promised delivery in mid August Between the middle of August and early September we contacted them at least 5 times to inquire on the status of the order and finally received a response last week that the office furniture will be delivered on September 12th between 9 00 17 00 The furniture was not delivered no one contacted us with an explanation or apology or to make alternate arrangements and multiple inquiries have so far gone unanswered by the company10 weeks after purchasing office furniture from this company and we have to work on our dining room table with no end in sight to this fiasco UPDATE Nearly 48 hours after the missed delivery we have not yet received a response from the company let alone an explanation or an apology We did receive a simple automated type e-mail that the equipment will be delivered today September 14th between 9 00 and 17 00 This was after we asked them for a refund in lieu of the office furniture being more than 4 weeks late already It is now 17 00 and we have neither received confirmation that someone is coming nor been contacted by the delivery people Another missed delivery It is clear that this company s management and staff are living in a parallel universe where the common rules on doing business and taking care of customers don t apply absolute disgrace

No compre en esta empresa Compr una silla en la tienda de Barcelona Cuando lleg lleg da ado con el respaldo torcido y una de las palancas rota por lo que no hay forma de ajustar la altura de la silla Ofiprix prometi enviar a alguien a repararlo pero esta persona no lleg cuando se supon a que deb a hacerlo casi dos semanas despu s de que les inform del problema Despu s de que no repararon la silla solicit un reembolso solo para que me dijeran que no permiten cambios ni devoluciones a pesar de que la silla se entreg rota Entonces la situaci n actual es que pagu por una silla rota que no puedo usar Ofiprix se niega a reembolsarme Su sitio web dice que cambiar n o reembolsar n la compra si el art culo se da a en el transporte pero en realidad no lo han hecho Si el producto ha llegado da ado por motivo del transporte cont ctenos dentro de los siguientes 15 d as para organizar un cambio o rembolso sin coste para usted Don t buy from this company I bought a chair from the shop in Barcelona When it arrived it arrrived damaged with the back twisted and one of the levers broken so there is no way to adjust the height of the chair Ofiprix promised to send someone to repair it but this person didn t arrive when they were supposed to almost two weeks after I d reported the problem to them After they failed to repair the chair I asked for a refund only to be told that they don t allow changes or returns despite the fact that the chair was delivered broken So the current situation is that I have paid for a broken chair that I can t use Ofiprix refuse to refund me There website says that they will exchange or refund the purchase if the item is damaged in transport but in reality they have not done this Si el producto ha llegado da ado por motivo del transporte cont ctenos dentro de los siguientes 15 d as para organizar un cambio o rembolso sin coste para usted

Pesimo servicio postventa

Compre un armario de 2 puertas por telefono a la tienda de Valencia llego con retraso cuando lo instalaron nos dimos cuenta que la parte trasera estaba rota avisamos al comercial en varias ocasiones enviando fotos y video y 3 meses mas tarde sigo esperando que se remplaze la pieza No son de fiar nunca mas volvere a comprar nada en esa tienda ---------------------------------------------------------I bought a 2-door wardrobe by phone at the Valencia store arrived late when they installed we realized that the back was broken we notified the salesperson on several occasions sending photos and video and 3 months later we still waiting that they replace the broken part They can t be trusted I will never buy anything from that store again
