I have been hearing about ogawa chairs for a while Finally decided to take the plunge Started chatting with Rick It s a big ticket item but Rick was extremely professional and helpful in putting my mind at ease He stayed with us the whole time we were placing the order online Really can t say enough about the ease of the order experience so far Looking forward to our new and I am sure wonderful massage chair
