Flexible and Fair Workplace with Great Compensation
I ve had a good experience working with Ogmentor The pay is fair and enough to cover my expenses even though they don t offer government benefits or health insurance Despite that the compensation is sufficient for me to handle those on my own They also provide vacation and sick leave which is a nice bonus I appreciate the flexible work hours which help me balance my work and personal life The best part is that there s no micromanagement I m trusted to get my work done Overall I m happy working here
