BE AWARE of their services They overcharge you and not professional staff I highly NOT RECOMMENDED them They charge 240 just for checking what s wrong with the car holding it for 3 days and still they are not sure of the issue I had to take my car back to a professional mechanic to fix it

Clutch not changed but charged

I payed 750 for a van clutch to be replaced After 2 weeks they called me and said van is ready After 2 days my clutch broke down I called them and they inspected and said that them colleague forgot to change something they were very vague Conclusion I paid but the clutch have not been changed at all

OGS Mechanics are a company I would consider for car repairs Although my car was not serviced by them this time round their customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to get you a fair price and ensuring you get what is best for your vehicle needs is a rarity you don t see much of You are not kept waiting their customer service staff are diligent in updating you on the status of your vehicle They try to give options that best suit your sitiation Great friendly and professional customer service

OGS have kept our old banger on the road for longer than we dared to hope They have been very honest about what can and cannot be done we never felt that they tried to talk us into expensive and pointless repairs We are currently deciding whether to get another car at all but if we do OGS will definitely be where we take it for service MOT etc

A truly exceptional garage

After speaking with several garages in NW London one Friday afternoon none would take delivery from the RAC relay of my broken down ML an ECU issue and a big car When I spoke with George and Alex at OGS the difference in customer service and knowledge was almost too good to be true I m pleased to report is was 100 true they were good to their word and very fairly priced and some of the nicest people I ve ever meet in the car repair business Their professionalism and integrity might explain why they re such a busy little workshop I guarantee you won t be disappointed in the quality of work their knowledge is off the scale and the price is excellent

mobile injector removal vito vans common faults every garage i have used has to call ogs in to extract them or give up on the job i now use ogs direct mobile service total specialists not cheap but cheaper than being off the road unable to work for days the jobs done properly first time and always within 24 hours of calling ive often watched them work and its impressive they know their stuff you really are better off paying these guys to fix it right first time than have a local garage snap a seized injector and cost you a small fortune these guys have been to me 3 times over the years and i feel they have earned this review highly recommend skilled professionals

The reception staff are extremely helpful and kept in touch with me while the electrical fault with my Ford Fiesta was diagnosed The problem was sorted out quickly by their professional technician Great customer service and all sorted out within a few hours I wish that other traders could provide such a high standard of service
