eSIM poor in Qatar
I have bought an eSIM whilst in Qatar The eSIM seems to have to be reinstalled everyday for it to work even though instructions for installation were followed properly Whilst working it seemed fine On third or fourth day the reinstallation would not work said the sim was not valid even though it was still active Customer support were informed and I have had two days without data Waste of time if you cannot use your data and no support available to rectify quickly After reply received from Ohayu on 30 1 25 I have described the issue to Ohayu over 3 days now and yet they ask me to provide more detail They also suggested that I had tried to install my eSIM in different country locations when I was in Qatar only Today is my last day and they did not solve my issue at all Ridiculous admin replies only

No internet connection
I bought my e-sim 2days ago and all was working well until the day after No internet connection no calls available and all my settings were properly updated I then spoke to an agent about my issue but he couldn t help besides reminding me that calls should only be made via apps like WhatsApp or Telegram I then asked if I could get a compensation but he kept avoiding the question and did nothing after at least 30minutes on the chat Please refund
