Be careful if you buy online from this company
Really good products hindered by really bad customer service It seems to be a trend for this kind of companies Part of my order was not delivered and having asked what happened I received a fairly curt email asking where I wanted it shipped They made up the fact that the parcel was going back to them for some reason which was a lie because no courier had left any note about a missed delivery They fundamentally tried to blame on us a mistake that was clearly theirs I would recommend to go to their stores where so far the service has been good and avoid buying on line Really bad rude customer service

This company does not even deserve one star the staff are very slow to act on any problems it was a real struggle to receive a refund as my items did not turn up and the company did not have a clue where my parcel was which I find very odd for a company not to be able to track there own parcels A very poor attitude towards customers A very poor company and badley run
