Words can no describe how much joy this bear meant to us I got it for my Nan who in the space of two years lost my mum her daughter and her husband whom she had been with since 16 I gave her the bear as an early Xmas present and she has kept it by her side ever since Myself and my sisters are all buying one for each other with our beautiful mum and grandad on Giving this bear to my nan and seeing the joy on her face after going through so much was priceless The communication from the team was amazing I was advised of delays but the bear arrived in a very reasonable amount of time Thank you
