Scammer and fake return policy Horrible service it came bad quality I asked to return and they didn t let me

I ordered a watch and payed 2200 eur

I ordered a watch and payed 2200 eur whit pay pall first they told me will take 20 to 25 business days to be ready after that period passed I contacted them via whatsapp and they informed me for delays which continued for 2 more months After that they claimed the product is ready and gave me fake tracking number After 2 weeks of waiting and confronting them they came whit the explanation that the courier lost the product and offered to refund me or to sell me more expensive product After 4 months whit them I wanted the refund they told me one week nothing happened there accountant was not at work then I understood its a scam and opened a dispute for the order whit Paypall but some how they voted in there faver because I missed to reach them on time So the result is no product no more answers from them and no refund
