Delayed communicaton
The worst company I have come across in recent times The most unresponsive and rude customer service and poor quality products I ordered a table and after opening it and working my way through half way I find a wood panel missing I contacted the customer services to provide a resolution It took 4 email reminders and a week for them to get back The response was so shoddy they offered to refund me 40 on a 185 table to source the missing part myself I declined the offer and asked for the table to be replaced but again no response After threatening to dispute it with the payment provider they agreed to return the item The email was so rude no apologies and made it sound as if they were doing me a favour by returning the items A pickup date was agreed upon and no surprises it s been days and not heard from anyone nor been picked up I ve stayed home for the past three days in case they turn up but nothing I placed the order on the 1st November and it s now the 21st I m left out of pocked and with a pile of junk and no table which I needed I will now have to dispute it with the payment provider and let OK Living do the work to contact me Also the very lovely lady Sabine who seems to respond to all trust pilot reviews has been on the emails I ve sent and no response from her either They know what they are doing scamming people with poor quality products and even worst customer service Avoid at all costs This is what I got at the time of sale imagine if something went wrong after a few months At that time you literally have no option but to keep emailing customer services they don t even push a call centre or head office number Frauds

The order took 8 working days to recieve it or two weeks I think even the processing from China is faster Also the support when i wrote email was not really helpful The manual missing a lot of steps when mounting together Dont reccomend to buy from your store i had bad expierence

Purchased a dressing table
Purchased a dressing table the options are good the quality is also fine However the delivery timeline was not met it was supposed to delivered within 10 days and it took almost 3 weeks Further the assembly instructions could be better it takes a lot of time and effort to assemble
