Total scam!
This company is out to scam people. We booked the car online and they sent us the pick-up info. This was after we entered all of our driver’s license data and credit card information so that we could “skip the line” as the website falsely claimed. So we dragged our luggage on the 10 minute walk to the location in the instructions only to be told that we needed to return to their “office” inside the station for a ‘contract’ before we would be given a vehicle. After waiting 1/2 an hour only to see some very unhappy customers ahead of us—now we know the same thing happened to them. The company gets you to sign up for the car rental and then says that you aren’t eligible for the vehicle because you don’t have an Italian driver’s license! But here’s the real scam—if you pay an extra $300 fee and a $1500 deposit (which now that I see other people’s reviews I can imagine that we would never see it again—if we pay for all that then they will rent us the vehicle. We asked a police officer inside to station what he thought and when he asked the guy at the counter about it he lied and said that it wasn’t true that he offered to rent the car for the extra amount! This company is nothing but a scam and they need to be shut down!

Everything was okay Though we had to wait quite long time at the airport as many clients arrived at the same time we got the car which was one size bigger than what we ordered and it was automatic very well equiped Seat I enjoyed driving it No problems for a week At the end we had some difficulties to find the way to the 2nd floor of the parking house Maybe you can give an information sheet which shows how to go back to the nest but when we got there it took 5 minutes and all was okay and we could proceed to check in
