I do not recommend this rental company
I do not recommend this rental company in Malaga First when you hand it over they give you a damaged vehicle without any information about it without the equipment you pay for and then when you return it the very unpleasant Piter looks for everything to charge the lessor Additionally they charge the deposit after a certain period of time without any information There is no normal possibility of e-mail contact to clarify the matter Disaster

Just pay Don t ask
I hired a Peugeot 3008 from Malaga airport They advised me that the full covering insurance was at abt 265 euros but I declined After dropping off the car before the morning of Oct 17 I found a charge to my credit card of 360 euros I do not know what this charge is for so I have repeatedly contacted via email them asking for the excuse Although they sent me an automated msg that We are reviewing your case and we will get back to you as soon as possible they have never appeared and they have never replied and given any reason Probably a fraudulent company inventing reasons to charge you more for nothing Fully disappointed

Never book a car at OKmobility
We have been conned by OKMobility at Val ncia airport today After a great honeymoon we brought back our rental car The first thing the guy did was lying on his knees to check under the bumper And of course he found some damage A week ago we picked up the car and as they said to us we checked the car We didn t saw any damages But never ever lying on our knees The lady of OKmobility didn t help us she only gave us the keys No we didn t wanted an insurance of 30 euros a day They almost put the insurance in our throat And now they get the money to lay down on their knees We need a car in Valencia every 6-7 weeks but never ever at OKmobility anymore And please OKmobility please talk to your employees They don t even care It s not their company so they don t mind We know definitely we didn t made the damage

Avoid for your own sake
We paid in advance for a week s car hire plus insurance September 2024 On arrival at Palma airport we waited in a queue for over an hour When we reached an assistant she immediately demanded we either buy extra insurance for 450euro or pay a deposit of 1350 euro Both seemed excessive and we hadn t been made aware when booking via Ryan Air website We reluctantly opted for deposit but paying by credit card on my husband s phone was not allowed She hissed physical card and pointed to the contract which just stated payment had to be made by card So that was a no I did have a physical card but again this wasn t allowed as my name wasn t on the booking She made no suggestion of how this could be sorted out and we were left with no choice but to leave the airport with no car and no 80euros We spent the week forking out on buses and taxis When I tried to complain from Spain I eventually got through to someone by phone - another hour of holiday lost to OK Mobility After a few minutes she hung up for no reason as I remained courteous Various attempts to speak to them via Messenger and Whats App ended with them not responding The only customer service assistant online who remained constant was a hacker from Kenya where they do not operate From the terrible reviews this company get here on Trip Advisor and on their Facebook do they remove bad reviews from that it s clear that this is not a trustworthy car hire firm - and that is as polite as I can be

Bad service Do not use
I had reserved a car from OKmobility at Bilbao airport using VIP Cars as the booking agent When I arrived for pickup I was informed they had no cars Since it was Easter weekend no one else had rental cars left Excuse was they had some breakdowns I believe they rented the cars to walk-ins at a higher price leaving me with 450 in taxi fare to get around about double what the car rental would have been VIPCars was unable to help other than returning my booking fee

STAY AWAY FROM OK Mobility
The wait time to pick up this car at Palma Airport was around 4 hours It was carnage Paid Euros40 for Fastrack and did it in half an hour Was then offered extra insurance which was twice as much as the car hire Picked up the car with nobody to supervise with that little diagram of the car which shows the scratches so took photos myself of the scuffed bumper and marks etc and sent this to customer services When I returned the car I explained this and showed the man the e-mail and all the pictures and was told everything was fine and have a nice flight 10 mins before boarding I received an e-mail with an invoice for 976 which they had taken off my card What a bunch of absolute dishonest cowboys I am fighting this through AMEX Reading reviews it would appear they do this all the time They should be forced into liquidation and thrown in jail They have erased every single happy memory of that holiday with my daughter This is absolute daylight robbery DO NOT TOUCH OK MOBILITY You have been warned

OKmobility and lack of contract
Just getting back from Spain Malaga we have recieved a claime from OKmobility to pay 160 Euros for a damage at the cars back wheel rim 100 Euro for the damage and 60 Euro for administration of the case Though promised the contracted by email we never recieved this which kept us from reporting the old damages by photos as informed at the desk Two times in vain we requested the contract Traveling 16 years to my house in Granada I have not tried this before at other companies

Scam Stay away from the Ok Mobility
Horrible organization from the start Extremely long time to Pick up Non-observance of car reservation When we refused the insurance with them they refused to give us a car from the reserved class Showing the damage to the car took 3 seconds by waving in front of a paper with markings of the damaged areas I had a hard time finding the parking lot without any directions other than take it there I noticed the small scratches on the car and after 2 hours of picking up the car in a few minutes as they advertise I set off for the vacation location I parked the car in the hotel s covered parking lot Upon handing over the surveyor came with a flashlight and directly checked the roof of the car as if he knew exactly what to look for and which had a scratch that was imperceptible without the flashlight and noted the damage which he estimated at 400 euros All this leads me to the fact that I was the victim of an unscrupulous scam I will sue them and I hope that there will be no more damages just because you don t have time to read a 10 page contract written in Spanish No it s not OK at all and if there were 0 stars I could give them

WARNING avoid at all costs
The electrics in the vehicle died on our last day We had to catch a flight later in the day a couple of hours drive away but we still had 6 hours to spare They told us that they weren t going to replace the vehicle and that we should instead take 2 taxis we had a 7 seater vehicle to the airport We a little dubious about this but they assured us that they would definitely reimburse us for the taxis We arrive at their office in the airport with receipts for the taxi rides The staff in the office assure us that everything is in hand and that they will definitely reimburse At this point though we asked for them to put this in writing or email the agreement to us They absolutely refused to do so but assured us that everything would be taken care of and it might take a week or so for the money to be returned It s now a month later after many phone calls and emails we are now at the point where customer support which takes 25mins a pop to get through to say they will pull up our account and then immediately hang up Clearly they don t want to handle the case and so our choosing to just hang up We ll be heading into the local office to try to resolve this If that fails then I ll be filing a complaint with the Spanish Consumer Arbitration System google it for a link
