Don t believe the 90 day back guarantee They are also massive liars They won t give you your refund and then when you contact your card people they will tell you they WILL ONLY GIVE YOU THE REFUND if you CLOSE THE CLAIM However keep in mind that if you close the claim then there isn t actually a guarantee that they will actually give you a refund And if they tell you that the dispute won t let you get the refund that s total BS Better yet never buy from this place The earbuds are not even worth the 200 I m convinced they must have had to pay off people and magazine article people saying they are one of the best products

The products are great customer service isn t
The products are great reliable well engineered using excellent materials The software they provide for their products is also great and updated frequently All together their sport headphones are one of the bests you can buy today But once a problem occurs they just cannot perform well I ordered 2 headphones with 1 additional remote for each 1 package arrived with 1 headphones 2 days later the other package arrived with the other headphones plus one remote I contacted them about the missing remote -answer was it will be delivered in 4 days -after 2 weeks I contacted them again and I was told they need another 3 weeks to ship -5 weeks passed since my second complaint and still nothing No product no communication What worries me is that the website shows the order complete since the headphones were shipped There is no order number or a tracking number I can follow up to see what is going on with the missing item Unfortunately 1 remote is useless on its own to use it as indented to you need 2 or more in a group to control the chat mode So I payed for 2 received 1 and cannot use any just wasted 100 They share information regularly about the shipped headphones but there is a big silence around the remotes Update customer service stopped responding On Kickstarter where they share updates about the shipped units they also ignore every user who asks Update2 after several emails to the customer support it arrived with a massive delay Looks like they forgot that they have to send it to me Update3 unfortunately the function button stopped responding on my headphones So now I have to return it The problem is that in a case like this they want the customer to organize the return and for individuals any items including batteries is on the prohibited item list and the battery is built in you cannot remove it Meaning that you cannot return a faulty item hence you cannot get your item under warranty replaced or fixed If they organized the pickup they would have insurance for items with battery and it would be a straightforward procedure But the way they prefer you basically don t have any warranty as you cannot return the items which is frustrating in this price range Definitely a high risk company to buy from Update4 They removed their application from Apple and Google store and without that the OWS Button is just a piece of plastic An item which you payed for like 8 months ago If you are hesitating whether to purchase Oladance headphones or no they are great excellent fit excellent sound but in case you need assistance from their customer support it will decrease the experiance for sure With the experience I have today I would rather go with an Openrock X better customer support excellent quality and a tiny bit better sound in the mid range Or a Soundcore AeroFit Pro if you need the neckband Oladance made a magical start with their OWS 1 bringing the most innovative device which immediately was positioned to the top of the premium range by users and reviewers Few years later without further innovation and improvement they let their customer service pull them back to the mediocre manufacturers

Customer service terrible They do not care once they have your money
I place an order earphone in February and was told my order would be shipped after delays at the ports The order never arrived and was never signed for I was never kept up to date with my order and had to keep chasing the customer service team I have emailed 14 times and half of these are asking for reply s to previous emails After the reply about delays I was told the reason no one was making contact was due to staff shortage I was told 7 days ago they are going to ship my item I emailed 3 days ago for an update and no reply I have emailed today and do not hold much hope that I will get a reply They are happy to take your money but not interested when you have a genuine issue and do not prioritise customer service I rarely leave reviews on products and this is my first negative review but the frustration I have felt with this 1 order was more than I can take Such a shame as the headphones I ordered looked great but looks like I will be sticking with Shokz in the future

Bad charging
The headboard not bad but the propitiatory charge cable is a joke Doesn t stay connected and if you miss place it your out if luck Oladance doesn t have a replacement So your left with a brick that you can t use

Avoid ordering anything from them
Avoid ordering anything from them I bought Oladance OWS Pro headphones for the black friday and they aren t only low quality piece of tech but also their support is trying to DELAY me as much as possible by answering once in 1-2 days asking me to test the issue at the expense of my time instead of taking care of my customer s needs Total waste of time and money

Delay Deny Defend
23 mails with the support later they failed to provide me with the right address for return of the faulty headphones Support still answers few times a week and it feels like they intentionally try to delay the process as much as possible

Shit company who doesn t fulfill there
Shit company who doesn t fulfill there guarantees Claims that my earphones who have never been able to connect to their own app has nothing to do with the quality of there earphones and is not a reason to claim a refund repair replacement Shitty answers and don t have as intention to solve the issue but to only delay the process til consumer gives up as other have pointed at Product itself is nothing to brace about either Nothing special about there over ears

Great product
Just bought a pair from Amazon and so glad I bought them Great sound love how they fit around the ear and so comfortable The sound is amazing and love the fact they just sit on top of the ear Highly recommend As I wear glasses I got the OWS and the don t interfere with the glasses and you eventually get used to putting them on Can t recommend enough
