Package was sent back - Customer service said bad luck and didn t help at all
My package was just sent back by DHL without ever attempting to execute delivery They never even put it in a delivery truck but just sent it back Even though I messaged support regarding this and asked for them to send it out again they simply said that they can t and I would have to buy the products again at the orginal price as opposed to the sale price I had paid before Didn t even get a discount and the customer service employee simply said it s Part of the game For such a community based store I think this is just the wrong approach
