The order was received damaged with the shipping box looking like a spilled oil The bottom of the bottles got broken into small pieces I called Customer care and they requested to take a picture of the broken pieces of glass and broken bottles I explained to them that it is dangerous for me to handle a box with small broken pieces of glass They didn t understand my concern of touching the oily box with many broken pieces of bottle glass Finally very carefully I had to handle the box with broken glass so I don t cut myself--I took photos and emailed Customer Care They issued a refund The customer care at Carly were not understanding of my concern of handling broken bottles and small glass pieces although I email them photos of the shipping box that was penetrated with olive oil I was offered a replacement and I refused getting it just in case the replacement shipment comes with broken bottles again and Carli Customer Care would be asking me again to handle broken bottles and pieces of glass in order to take photos Update 1 Originally in the first email I send 3 photos showing the outside box and inside box all penetrated with olive oil Are these photos not enough evidence of inside damage for your company to submit the claim to the shipper Instead you are asking the customers to endanger them to handle broken bottles with broken pieces of glass to provide additional photos In fact your company covers the cost of shipment I should have send this whole shipment back to your company so that your company handles the broken bottles and broken glass 2 i suggest your company to look into your packaging the bottles as there is no protection wrapping materials to cover the bottoms of the bottles there are several reviews on the internet from other customers describing that they received broken items I should have checked these reviews prior to ordering from your company 3 you gave me the refund for 34 80 for the package of 3 bottles and now offering 10 totaling 24 80 Now 24 80 vs endangering the customer to handle broken pieces of glass broken bottles in order to take photos so that you can submit the claim to the shipper 24 80 vs losing the customer and unsatisfactory reviews I hope you can share these points and original sent photos with your company s management Thank you for reading
