Horsham branch staff are lovely I arrived after 5 and after some browsing asked to use the fitting room There wasn t long left til they were due to close but they didn t rush me at all and were sincere when saying I could take my time They were helpful genuine and friendly and it was by far the best shop I visited on the day

Solihull store is a breath of fresh air - wonderful

I walked in expecting this to be a tiresome experience How wrong I was I had a complicated website refund to do the young girl on the till was very friendly She wasn t sure though how to put this through the till but she went and fetched her manager The manager was so helpful She sorted the situation out and processed my refund with a smile We chatted about the new stock she was putting out and I ended up buying a top she also has her eye on I wish all shopping could be like this what a joy Well done Touchwood this store is just what we needed in Solihull and such a relief I don t have to travel to find a store anymore
