Dress never turned up emailed they said as it s weekend they will look into it just received emails I transit and out for delivery But no dress arrived so lost money and have to buy Christmas party dress else where now very disappointed will not be buying on these Instagram and Facebook websites again never heard from them again either very disappointed feel like I ve been scammed

If I could give a zero star I would Ordered a dress for a special occasion It took ages to arrive even though when ordering the website stated 3-5 working days When I got a tracking notification it said asia I tried to keep an opened mind but when I arrived I was extremely disappointed The material was the thinest and cheapest material dress although the style looked like the picture it was made so poorly that it looked ridiculous on shein produce better quality than this and thats saying something I paid 40 for something that should be no more than 5

Do not buy from here the items are very poor quality and do not look like the website All their reviews on there must be fake I will take up a case with paypal to get a refund They offer you to post back the items abroad which is at your cost Or offer an exchange which you have to pay international postage for or a 30 refund which never materialises Do not bother

Massive scam Ordered two items received but both had stitching broken Contacted company after sending photos and them committed to getting back to me to find resolution I chased 5 days later just to get a mail undelivered mail address is no longer in service - they ve done a typical scam and disappeared

Like others they are refusing to accept returns by instead delaying bg offering 10 refund and other such wholly unsatisfactory answers Their clothes are made in Asia somewhere and the sizing is off In this case the arms were too short for a jacket Avoid this company you will not love the quality the fit and you certainly won t be able to return it
