Polite Informative efficient and a great service

Being a novice to the campervan world and recently purchasing a campervan I had been looking at awnings for a while and had done a bit research on them Every time I looked Olpro kept on coming to the front and the more I delved and looked into awnings the more reassured I felt that I was making the correct decision to go with Olpro This was confirmed when I met Sue on the Olpro stand at the Manchester camper caravan show even though they had none of their awnings on show I stopped and spoke to her she was very polite informative and was willing to go above and beyond in helping me On the back of speaking to Sue I went home that night and bought the Loopo awning from their very well designed and easy to use website I ordered this on Sunday 14th January at 6pm and it was delivered on Tuesday 16th January at 11am via standard delivery Fantastic service all around and a massive thank you to Sue Paul

Easy to order and pay online delivered in a good condition in the stated time frame The camper van cover was a descent quality although came a couple of inches smaller than advertised measurements making it a snug fit rather than a comfortable fit for the price paid- no complaints

Super easy ordering and shipping to Aus For such a heavy item the shipping was great value quick and easy I love my olpro Luna it went up within about 15 minutes first time out so things will only get quicker from here Dealt with their service team too They were really prompt and very helpful Glad that it s nearly summer and we ll be the envy of the campsite

OLPRO Gemini 4 Berth Tent

I recently purchased the OLPRO Gemini 4 Berth Tent We went away to Devon in it last weekend and it was amazing So easy to put up even with 2 children and pack down Spacious enough for all 4 of us with brilliant features I am definitely buying the carpet for more comfort

Ordered Cubo Breeze awning and carpet

Ordered Cubo Breeze awning and carpet from Olpro Both carpet and awning delivered by two different delivery companies The awning was not delivered due to a problem with address details As soon as I raised this with Olpro they prioritised sending another awning with next day delivery Customer service facility and response times were excellent We can now go off on our travels tomorrow Thanks again

Good air awning used the first time this week easy to put up within 20 minutes Most likely 10 minutes once we got the routine It s been very windy last few nights awning as withstood the wind with no issues The awning was also larger than we expected to give us that little Extra space
