Scott came out and was extremely detailed in his review of scope of work and all though higher then anticipated feel confident in our decision for them to do the work They came out within week for initial consultation Confirmed appointment day prior and the morning expected out and even called to say he was 10 minutes out Showed up on time and was very personable and professional Greatly appreciated his attention to details and listening to my concerns Although work has not commenced I feel confident this level of professionalism will be all the way through process Victoria Taloff
